Jamie is a native Floridian. She was born in Miami but moved to Gainesville at an early age. Jamie attended Fort Clarke Middle school, Buchholz High School and Santa Fe College earning her degree in Business Accounting. Jamie was one of the top medical transcriptionists in the area for the better part of a decade, including working for “The Cardiac and Vascular Institute” where she specialized in everything from Cardiac Catheter Reports, Echocardiograms, Consultations, Arterial Vein Grafts, anything cardiologists perform. All the while, Jamie never lost her love for business. She grew up watching her grandfather, who was the head of Building and Construction at UF and a developer in the area and thought Real Estate would be a perfect fit. Jamie has run a successful Real Estate business in Southwest Florida and has returned to her hometown to bring her expertise back to her community. Her business has always been built on the recommendation of past customers. When Jamie is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, beach trips, fishing, kayaking (“pretty much everything that has to do with the water”), and of course, cheering on the Florida Gators!

Jamie is an expert on the Gainesville area. She knows the neighborhoods because she grew up in Gainesville. She is very professional and extremely responsive to our questions, whether sent by e-mail or text, even if late into the evening! Throughout the entire process she gave us personal attention. Our deal certainly wasn’t the largest she’d ever worked, but you’d never know it from her level of effort and attention. When it comes to getting post-closing work done, she knows all the key people to get repairs and upgrades done. We can’t say enough about Jamie’s work – highly recommended!
I recently retired and my wife and I wanted to move closer to our daughters. While we were visiting our daughter in Gainesville, we started looking at houses and was so lucky to get Jamie as our realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us quite a few tips as she drove us around. She worked so hard to find just the right house for us and no matter the size of the property you are buying, she will give you her undivided attention. She answers texts, emails, or phone calls very quickly.
We had to return home before the sale was completed and Jamie took care to make everything go smoothly for us. She is so personable and really, really cares about her clients. I cannot recommend her enough!
