From the moment we met Dylan, he was awesome to work with. He took great care to listen to what we want and needed from both selling our existing home and buying a new home. He provided excellent feedback on our existing home and recommended a few updates and a selling price that allowed us to have multiple offers within 24 hours of listing! He was always willing to work around our schedule for showings when looking for our new home and kept a look out for what we needed. We were able to jump on a new listing as soon as it came up based on his due diligence and it ended up being the perfect house for us! In my industry I work with several realtors, so we had it in our minds that we were going to work with someone we knew. Dylan was thrown into our lives and I had every intention of saying “thanks, but I’m going to go with someone we know” I am so grateful I did not. Choosing a real estate professional is difficult. Buying a home is a huge undertaking and being first time home buyers we had no clue what we were doing. Dylan was immediately responsive from day one, worked with our schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. Between inspections, repairs, negotiations, unexpected repairs discovered later our road to home ownership was not an easy one, but Dylan was on top of everything. To the point where one day a vendor called to ask a question and I had to refer to him because he’d been handling everything for us! He was not pushy in any way, and let the properties speak for themselves. He is data driven and was able to provide advice regarding how to approach the offer, and how to negotiate with the seller. He helped us, first time homebuyers, understand the entire process from start to finish, and was able to connect us to relevant parties (lender, appraiser, home insurer, etc.) when we asked for recommendations.
