David was really helpful in thinking about the local market and how we should price the offer, which allowed us to get the house well below asking. Because we were doing inspections and closing from a distance, David was invaluable in making things happen. It was over a month between when we closed and when we moved in, and David kept an eye on the property to make sure it was in good shape and that the people we hired to take care of mowing etc where doing a good job. If you are looking for a real estate agent with great knowledge of the area, who pays attention to the details, is efficient and unbelievably helpful, then this is the agent for you. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with David was great! He listened to what we were looking for, emailed listings to us that he thought we would like, and then showed us many homes. He was always very nice, professional, and punctual. He is very knowledgeable about local school zones, real estate sales trends, and Gainesville in general.
