He’s backed by an accomplished team of 11 real estate experts. Together, in 2016, they sold 255 homes and over $55 million in transactions. He’s spoken in 18 cities. He’s the proud father of 5 kids. In 2005, Craig was enlightened and inspired when introduced to the breakthrough Team approach to real estate – wherein individual strengths work together in interlocking harmony to drive accountability, efficiency, customer service and results. This revelation drove him to found his company, Team Dynamo, and, in 2014 he decided to join the Keller Williams family of Realtors®. What started as a team of three, is now 13 strong – including an Inside Sales Agent, a Listing Specialist, four Buyer Specialists, a Director of Operations and five dedicated support staff.
Craig’s devotion to the Gainesville area runs deep. He actively serves on various boards for local charities and non-profits. He’s an esteemed member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and on the President’s Circle of the NAR’s Political Action Committee (RPAC) – which lobbies for legislation that betters the industry and protects buyers, sellers and agents. In addition to these commitments, Craig is a sought-after speaker and real estate educator. With an enthusiasm for paying-it-forward (along with a trademark smile) he inspires and encourages fellow and aspiring professionals in Real Estate.
